Mailtrail (the "Software") is provided by Konsensus LLC, a limited liability company organized in Próspera ZEDE, Roatán, Islas de la Bahía, Republic of Honduras, registration number 86585140624059, registered address c/o Prospera Employment Solutions LLC, Beta Building, Oficina 6, Próspera ZEDE, St. John's Bay, Islas de la Bahía 34101, Republic of Honduras ("we", "us"). By using the Software or buying a license you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.
The Software is a web application that runs in your web browser. It reads email archive files you select on your own computer (MBOX, EML, ZIP, Outlook for Mac OLM, Outlook PST/OST), and creates PDF, EML and MBOX files, attachments and CSV indexes, saved as a ZIP file on your computer. All processing happens locally in your browser; your files are not uploaded to us. The Software only reads your archive files and never modifies them. It does not write PST files and does not remove or bypass passwords or encryption.
PDF output is a readable rendition of each email, not a pixel-exact copy of how an email client displays it. Remote content referenced by emails (for example images hosted on the web) is not loaded.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.
There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. A license key may be active in up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time for each license purchased; you can release an activation from within the Software. The Software checks the license with our license server when it is activated and about once a week; it keeps working without a connection for up to 30 days.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt or invoice.
Before you pay, the checkout shows the product, the quantity and the total including tax. You can correct your order in the checkout before you confirm it.

Only process archives you are entitled to access. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to the emails you process (for example data-protection, confidentiality and legal-hold rules), for checking the output (use index.csv and errors.csv), and for keeping exported files secure.
You may not resell or sublicense the Software, circumvent its licensing or usage limits, or share license keys beyond the purchased number of activations.
Microsoft, Outlook, Gmail, Google Takeout, Thunderbird and Apple Mail are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The Software includes open-source components under their own licenses (listed in the application files).
To the extent permitted by law, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that conversions will be complete, error-free or suitable for any particular legal or regulatory purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data.
You may stop using the Software at any time. We may terminate licenses obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse or in breach of these terms.
Email our support email (published shortly; paid sales are not open yet). We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. Payment and refund questions can also go to Paddle at paddle.net.
These terms are governed by the laws of Próspera ZEDE, Republic of Honduras, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
