If Mailtrail doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No questions asked. Tip: the free version converts up to 25 emails, so you can check the result on your own archive before buying.

How to ask

• Email our support email (published shortly; paid sales are not open yet) with your transaction ID (starts with txn_, on your receipt), or
• Contact Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, at paddle.net.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method; your bank may take several days to show it.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated and the converter returns to the free version (25 emails per export). Files you already exported are yours to keep.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country, or under Paddle's refund policy. Where both apply, the more generous terms apply.
